Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and NoviForged B.V. (KvK 80447147), a private limited company (besloten vennootschap) registered in the Netherlands and trading as NoviForged. They apply when you play our games or use this website. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the game.

We give you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to play our games for your own entertainment. You may not sell access to them, present them as your own work, or bundle them into another product without our written permission.

The world leaderboard shows a display name you choose. Names must not contain insults, slurs, sexual content, advertising, contact details or anything that impersonates another person. We may remove or change a name that breaks this rule, and we may remove the associated scores.

• Coins, boosters, chests and cosmetics are a licence to use a feature inside the game. They are not your property and they have no value outside the game.
• They cannot be sold, traded, transferred between accounts or devices, or exchanged for money.
• Progress and items live on the device that earned them. Losing the device, clearing storage or uninstalling the game removes them, and we cannot restore them.
• We may add, change, rebalance or retire items so the game stays fair and playable.

Coin packs in the Android version are sold and processed by Google through Google Play Billing. Google is the seller of record, and the prices shown include any tax that applies where you live.

Coins are digital content delivered immediately. If you are a consumer in the European Union you normally have a 14 day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, but that right ends once delivery has started with your agreement, which is what happens the moment the coins land in your balance.

Refund requests go through Google Play in the first instance. If Google declines and you believe something genuinely went wrong, for example coins that were charged but never credited, write to us and we will look at it.

Our games have shared daily courses and a public score table, which only works if everyone plays the same game. You agree not to modify the game, automate play, tamper with saved data or submit scores that were not achieved by playing.

If we find manipulated scores we will remove them from the leaderboard, and we may block a player id from submitting further scores. Purchases already made are not refunded in that case.

The Android version may offer optional rewarded videos in exchange for a continue or for coins. Watching one is always your choice, and declining never blocks access to the game.

The games, their code, art, sound, names and the NoviForged mark belong to us. Recording gameplay, streaming it, or writing about it is welcome and needs no permission, including on monetised channels. Reusing our art or audio inside another product is not.

Press assets on our press kit page may be used freely in coverage of the game, with a credit to NoviForged.

We do our best to keep the games and the leaderboard running, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and a game or an online service may be retired. If we retire an online service that people have paid into, we will give reasonable notice inside the game.

The games are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, lost virtual items, or loss caused by your device or your network.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Dutch law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, except where consumer law lets you bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
